This is more general Home Depot than this store specifically but they sure weren't helpful either. We went to look at stoves and microwaves and the employee was very helpful. However, our good experience stopped there. We ordered online. That was November 20, 2017. We JUST got the items today! December 15, 2017. The stove was on backorder but we were never notified just a no call no show on the scheduled delivery date of 12/2. Called to inquire. The woman was very nice and I thought very helpful. She helped schedule a delivery date and time, promising that due to the delay we could pick a window of time. Someone she spoke to okayed it. NOT TRUE! A half message was left the night before said delivery with no drop off time info or phone number. Found out the next afternoon when I was home for the scheduled time that was between 3:30-7:30 that they had already arrived and left at 10:30 am and I couldn't actually "choose" a time. Dealt with 2 hours worth of automated crap and being on hold to learn this. Both corporate and this store were less than helpful and didn't care that I was beyond angry and upset. Too bad for me and they would bring it sometime on 12/15 and I should just make arrangements for anyone over 18 to be here. REALLY??? Who exactly do I beg to sit here for 4 hrs? Then the delivery crew left snowy footprints/tracks on my floor! The store and corporate said they just sell the stuff and don't handle delivery. It's actually much more detailed than that but the point is the whole experience was a nightmare and I won't be buying any appliances from Home Depot ever again!
