  • This was a horrible experience first of all they charge your card 3 hours before you are do to check in. Then even though you book a non smoking room all that's available when you get there is a smoking room that smells awful! Then the pictures show a blow dryer which are not in the room you have to go get one from the front desk. As well as an iron. The staff is so rude like you inconvenienced them by even being there! I will never stay in another one.
