  • Just got back from a Nascar weekend. I have wanted to try Jackson's for the past 3 years and finally made it. We went in Monday night which is Prime rib night. I think it was 16oz Prime Rib with a baked potato for $12.99. So at that price I wasn't expecting much but the Prime Rib was wonderful. It was a large cut but it had about 3 OZ. of fat on it which probably added flavor but was discarded but you still ended up with 13 or so ounces of wonderful Prime Rib meat that you could cut with a fork. So tender and full of flavor, the crust had a nice herb seasoning on it. it came with Horse Radish and Au jus and a nice baked potato. Service was great, food was great and if you are thirsty you can have two pitchers of PBR for $11. Lots of parking and easy to get to. the rest of the menu looked great to. i can't wait to go back. Our whole party of 4 gives Jackson's 2 thumbs up
