  • I literally have the same issue every singe time with them. Not one person of there staff if trained to meet the demands of the costumers. Every time I must direct the person through the system I know nothing about. Many times I have called and the system is down. Many times there is silence on the phone because the idiot can not even communicate. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
