  • This was the WORST experience ever in health care. You guys need to be ashamed of the lack of service and customer care. I arrived today for my apt. 7 min early and had my papers filled out. Only to discover I had filled out the wrong 20 pages. So, the receptionist told me that if the new ones were not filled out in 5 min then I would have to reschedule. I told her I just drove an hour to get here from Peoria and would fill them out fast. I had a few pages that needed signatures and she said sorry your going to have to reschedule. Are you kidding me? I can't fill the last few in the back while I am waiting for the doctor to come? This is the most ridiculous place I have ever been to. I should have looked at your reviews before I came. I see this was not the first time you have screwed people over. So very disappointed. 0 stars if I could.
