  • Heath at CSI was the best contractor I've worked with on my residential projects. He gave me a bid, then stuck to it even though there were some price overruns. He said "My bid is my bid" and meant it! The project was a larger one for $10,000. It was a 1600 s.f. foundation pad for a 40' x 40' steel building. It required a building permit and County inspections. The County Inspector said, "yYou've got a good contractor here. He has gone beyond the safety specs I would have expected to see here. No problems with this one!" Heath was on time, and finished the project when expected.
