  • This location was extremely disappointing. Walked in the door and we weren't greeted at all. Walked around for 20 minutes, still not greeted. Watched people come in after us and get helped immediately. We had a couple questions so I had to actually approach one of the sales people only to be disregarded. She looked like we were inconveniencing her and wasn't all that helpful. We're in our twenties and I believe we were looked over because of that which is ridiculous because I was going in there to spend 3000...I later took my business to their Mesa location but honestly that's only because I fell in love with a couch there. If it wasn't for the couch I would have gave another business the profit. Maybe they should train their employees not to ignore potential buyers.
