  • I bought my wife a blue diamond ring with diamonds on the mounting the staff are super.i bought the ring over a year ago.diamonds were falling out all the time.they would ship the ring out to there Corp office in California to be repaired.so two weeks later the ring would come back.so to make the story short i went back over 9 times for diamonds falling out or need tighting.i just want to personal thank Steven in the internet department at the corp. Office in California for going out of his way to fix my wifes ring the way if should have been fixed in the first place.Do bad that the management in corp. Doesnt have the common sense to take care of a client that bought a 7,000 ring from them......
