First of all, the workers here are sososo friendly. You can tell they're trying their hardest, and they could care less about doing "the minimum". I love that they actually come out and hand you your order if you're sitting down. Such a pleasant surprise.
I come here all the time (I live pretty close). Their waffles are definitely yummy - but that's my opinion (the way they cooked it wasn't how my friend preferred her waffles cooked). But my favourite are their parfaits. Their mango and pineapple, mmmmm. I could eat that all day. The blueberry cheesecake would come in second, leaving the matchazuki in last place (I thought it was a bit dry, it surprised me, i usually love green tea/red beans).
My brother pointed something out that I didn't notice though: to him, it's important for a parfait to be filled properly; he pointed out that their parfaits had little pockets of air in some areas. But that's just a small detail in my opinion.
The wait fluctuates. You just gotta try your luck majority of the time. For some reason, I've been pretty lucky - I usually come during off-times. It's worth it though! I love this place.
TL;DR great people. try to come in off-times to avoid 30min waits. pretty good pretty food.
