  • If I could give them no stars I would! Someone called and asked if they could speak to the person in charge of buying office supplies after telling them it was me the sales guy started asking me about my printer model. I gave them the info I figured what the heck. They gave me a quote and even offered me to give me a free trial cartridge. I decided to pass on the offer based on their yelp reviews and because it sounded a little fishy. Then the sales guy became rude and said to find a more credible source than yelp and google. He said mostly fired ex employees go on yelp and write bad reviews ??????????. After that he got more angry saying that usually the problem is they don't speak to the right person and he wanted to speak to the owner ( I am part owner and run my business) I told him no thanks and he hung up. A girl called right back asking to speak to the owner. I told them I just spoke to them (I have caller ID) and her response is "your point is?" and hung up on me. I seriously do not want them to ever call my business again!
