Jessica is an engaging, dynamic, and motivating trainer. She is conscientious about injuries, likes, and dislikes, and she is an expert at designing programs that you'll actually enjoy doing. Training sessions with Jessica are hard but fun, and she supplements these with lots of other support throughout the week. I especially appreciate being able to text Jessica with questions about a menu when out at a restaurant or about an exercise that I'm not sure about when I'm working out on my own. I could not recommend her more highly!
