  • I have loved and shopped The Container Store online for years but, often had to return items as they didn't quite work for me or the items I was trying to store in them didn't fit correctly. That has all changed now that we have a physical store in The Block Northway right next door to Nordstrom Rack. Great service from the moment I walked in. Employees were eager to help or point you in the right direction to find what you are looking for. This was my first visit to an actual store and I could not have been more impressed. The store is organized in a way that makes it easy to find what you're looking for. The Container Store to me is like IKEA. Lots of things to make living in a small space easier and more efficient. Some things you could also find in Wal-Mart, Target, Loews or even Home Depot but it's nice to have them all in one place. This store makes me want to go home and organize my entire house. My goal is to get my house to resemble the inside of this store as literally every container that you could ever want or need for every room in your home is here. Containers made of metal, glass and plastic for storing clothes, laundry items, kitchen supplies and so much more. They also have storage baskets, gift bags, wrapping paper, office supplies, entry way organizers and laundry baskets just to name a few. If you need to get your crap organized then this is the place for you. Prices for some things are a bit high but at least you can sign up for discounts to be emailed to you. I am so glad The Container Store is now open in Pittsburgh!
