  • When the Apple Store couldn't replace my 2010 MacBook Pro battery without replacing the whole inside part (apparently there was old liquid residue inside) they referred me here. I called, put a battery on hold, came in the next day and had my computer battery replaced within 10 minutes and at the same price they quoted me over the phone. They even vacuumed the dust out, and the "liquid" inside was just a tiny splotch on the plastic. As a broke college student I'm glad I came here instead of purchasing a whole new computer like the guys at the Apple Store suggested.
