rev:text	I am a new customer to them, but so far the experience has been a horrible one. Their employees are by all measures inept and unprofessional. And not that I have a choice in using them, or not, since they are the only DME provider under my insurance plan. Needless to say, there will be a complaint filed against them with the Insurance Commissioners of IL and OH, as well as with Blue Cross Blue Shield, which is my insurance provider.
