  • When I discovered lice in my daughter's hair, I started calling every company I could find to get somebody to our house ASAP. Melanie was my second or third call, but her knowledge and calm demeanor were reassuring. She came over early the next morning, checked us all (we were clear), treated my daughter (extensively, until every last thing in her hair was gone), and had us off to camp/work that day. She is an absolute expert and very good with children. She educates you about the problem and how to avoid/deal with it in the future. Highly recommend calling her if you are in the unfortunate position to need her services.
