I do not for the life of me get the hype for this place other than its clean an modern in appearance. It's not like most breakfast restaurants where a waitress come to your table then returns when you need more coffee. This is a order at the register have food brought out to you and self serve coffe station. Not that this is bad just different than traditional. My problem was with the food itself. After driving by this place numerous times and deciding not to stand in line we finally were there early enough to get right in to see what all this excitement is about. I ordered the Califonia omelet. It came out in a reasonable amount of time but the omelet had two spinach leaves and 5 tiny specks of meat with very little cheese. There was a nice avacodo garnish but I was basically eating eggs which I'm not a particular fan of without the meat and veggies. I mixed the hash browns in to offer more flavor which was more than I bargained for because all hash browns are smothered in pepper. It's possible based on other reviews that I just got a bad plate but honestly I have no intention of hitting this place up again when there are MUCH better breakfast joints all over that aren't maybe quite as stylish but I'll get what my stomach desires. 2 miles North is Moon Valley cafe which is low on ambience but extremely high on food quality and price. I'll gladly drive the extra miles.
