  • I went into Thick Bikes today with a vague idea of what I wanted. Adam was great! He asked me questions about what I like and what I was looking for. He was very patient with me and knowledgable about each bike in the shop. He had me test ride a couple of different bikes as I was deciding between a single speed and a bike with multiple speeds. He also made sure the bike fit me perfectly and that I was comfortable riding it. I got a great trade in deal on my old bike and a discount on accessories for the new ride. I was out the door with my new wheels and a smile on my face!
