  • Wow-service has really declined! I went into Lox, Stock and Bagel this morning and was the only person in line. I watched 3 people behind the counter make an order rather than wait on the customer right in front of them. The manager/ owner who was busy doing paperwork got up and went into the back - and didn't acknowledge the situation either. I ended up walking out with no food. It's really too bad - because Michelle and Michael worked very hard to establish a great business for the neighborhood!
