Super nice people. The biz needs some help though.
I took my .357 in for a inoperative cylinder and knew in advance the wait was going to be a while. The wait was about 4.5 months. Actually I could live with that. It was the calls I made after three months where I would hear "next week". That was the hard part.
In any event, the work they did was great. Really well executed repair. Plus also, they were nothing but nice the whole time. I'd go there again but not if I was looking for a reasonable lead time. It's a shame too. They are victims of their own success. So much work, so few hands to do it.
