I so much wanted to give this a good recommendation because there were so many terrible ones. I wanted to be nice. However it was nothing but a problem.
They are supposed to be open at 7:30 AM, so I started calling at that time to talk to someone about my reservation. But no one picked up the phone. It kept ringing through to the main number. The Operator checks my information and tells me to keep calling. Like I have nothing else better to do.
So at 8:20 AM someone decides to answer the phone at the Centennial location...
After being put on hold for another five minutes, the man comes on and tells me he found my reservation - for a mid-size SUV--however all they have is a Toyota Camry. Seriously? I've had this reservation for 2 days now. My own SUV, a Cadillac, was totaled in a wreck on Monday. None of this is my fault. A woman blows through a red light, injures me, and now this. Thanks, Hertz.
