After visiting this store I decided not to purchase from mattress firm. Upon entering, the two men stared at us intensly. It seemed like forever until i finally mumbled "Love the greeting." They seemed to respond to that (grudgingly i might add.) And asked if they could help us find anything. We responded that we were browsing for twin size mattresses. He went on to tell us that all of the mattresses on display were queen and to tell him if we find something. Not 30 seconds later did the other man came over to reassure us that all of the prices were negotiable. We went from mattress to mattress, him still talking about the prices. What bothered me was the fact that neither of them tried to talk to my mother and i about the actual technology of the mattresses. In the last 10 years mattresses have advanced so much (Everyone literally went from sleeping on flippable squares of springs to sleeping on clouds) and you think that someone who worked in a mattress store would want to tell us about the benefits of purchasing a new one. Instead of trying to make a sale, maybe they could actually try informing the customers? We went in with intentions of purchasing 2 mattress sets, but instead we left with none. I guess the search continues.
