  • If I could give 10 stars to this pool company, I would. We've been using Serkland for over 20 years now, not for maintenance but for repairs when needed. A few years can go by before I call them for help and they act like I'm one of their best customers. These guys are honest, reliable, budget friendly and at least two of the team members have been there for years and are extremely knowledgeable. If they are busy, they'll coach you on how to take care of your pool until they get there. If you can't be home, they'll ask permission to go in and take care of your repair and bill you later. When I've had a pricey repair, John/Scott act like the money is coming out of their own pockets. They pride themselves at helping their customers not up-selling for a profit. For years, they didn't have a website - I believe this is fairly new. You can call and leave a message after hours and they call you back. They are old school kind of guys. I know this review may find some saying "this must be a sister to the owner" or something like that, but I am legit. I got Serkland's name years ago from my neighbor down the street (thank you Cheryl) and I would never call another company for anything pool related. In fact, I had a pool leak a few years back which was out of their scope of service. They referred a company that they knew would be reliable - and checked in later to see how everything went! I'm guessing their pool maintenance service is just as stellar.
