  • Excellent location, friendly/ helpful staff, clean room, great price. Free breakfast and WiFi for less than $70/night. I stayed here the first week of July, prime tourist season with all the festivals going on, and am glad I picked this boutique hotel. It has a lot of character. It's also in a safe location so walking back late at night was no problem. Close to Berri-UQAM metro hub, main bus station, and The Village. Never saw a bed bug or "surprise". Very happy with my stay. :-)
