  • This is our choice for where we go to get our next iPhones, have questions answered or anything else related to our contract. Our first experience with them was two+ years ago when we got our first iPhone. The 5S had just come out and hubby had to wait several hours due to the high demand, but at that time most mobile phone providers had lines around the store. The employees were apologetic, eventually his turn came up and he arrived home with two brand new phones for us. Our most recent experience was a result of me putting my 5S into a hotel toilet and destroying it. Demetri helped us out and we were pleased to discover that once again our rate would drop due to the cost of data going down. He got us in and out of there quickly and with my new phone in hand, smiles once again returned to my face. Hubby hung onto his 5S a bit longer and today we finally upgraded his and worked with Demetri again. Once again the process was painless and Demetri knows his stuff. We love the employees here because they first thing they want to do for us is lower our rate. No bag of tricks, always transparent. US Cellular has great coverage here in Madison and we love our iPhones. See you in two years when it's time to upgrade again.
