Service is just bad. Food is below mediocre. Scenery is beautiful but atmosphere is not because of the service and the strong fishy smell from their seafood dishes. They combine snobby and expensive with low quality food and low quality dining experience. Furthermore tea service is only on weekends when it's super busy. Even when it's not busy the service is awful though. Went with my mother for Thursday morning brunch before looking at the french Impressionism collection. Tea was mediocre at best. Ended up getting actual food from five points bakery after.
