  • I paid Harvey H. Chin, DDS an absorbent amount of $$$$$ for an expensive cosmetic procedure and was SCAMMED!!! Dr. Chin provided dentures from an UNLICENSED LAB and MINI IMPLANTS used ONLY for SNAP-ON DENTURES. I hired him for an ALL ON 4 procedure seen advertised on Clear Choice commercials. I am currently filing a MALPRACTICE COMPLAINT, after paying a 2nd practice to repeat the procedure and enduring a 7 HOUR surgery b/c the mini implants Dr. Chin fraudulently used had to be removed first. Dr. Chin never discussed a downward deviation in my treatment, and did so w/out my knowledge or consent. STAY AWAY!!!! Dr. Chin has previous malpractice complaint and been on probations w/Dental Board before.
