  • We went to Cold Stone tonight at 8:30 pm. After waiting in line we were disappointed to learn they were out of quite a few items: Chocolate Ice Cream, Dark Chocolate Ice Cream, Coffee Ice Cream, Mint Ice Cream, No Fresh Bananas, No small "like it" cups, No "Cone Bowls". As a result, you could not choose from their advertised "signature" ice cream creations! WOW. Who owns this franchise? Are they going out of business? The 4 of us chose other sorbets or created our own selections. The ice cream was less than desirable. I think when you spend $26 for ice cream you would want a WOW this was fabulous. We should have gotten out of line and gone into Harris Teeter. There are many selections there that would have been a thumbs up. My recommendation if you visit this creamery --- go look at the selection in the showcase. If you see a lot of empty containers --- save your $3 tip and walk into Harris Teeter. The students working tonight were pleasant -- so Cold Stone franchisee get your act together!!!! Disappointed from Charlotte, NC
