  • I'm another happy customer of MT Real Estate. . I decided to work with MT for my first investment property because they truly believe in a "customer first" attitude. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. As an investor-buyer, my original intention was to work with only listing agents with the hope of reduced commissions being an incentive to the seller. After looking at dozens of other properties with other agents and companies, I happened to meet Jason at a property listed by MT Real Estate. He was the first one to really understand what I needed in a rental property, how to read neighborhood conditions & trends, and provided great guidance and insight. Not only was he passionate about making sure I found the right property, he was passionate about how MT does business - honest agents, no pressure, it's all about "me". I liked that a lot. Throughout the entire buying process, he was there for me and made sure everything went smoothly. I intend to use MT Real Estate in the future and highly recommend them to others.
