  • Unfortunately, Carle Medical Supply in Urbana fails its customers. I have a medically fragile child and am under a great deal of stress due to his medical conditions. Instead of easing this stress by assisting us in obtaining the necessary emergency medical equipment, the workers at Carle, like Lemmings, follow a script and do not make any attempt to use common sense or even consult their managers when something falls outside of their normal conditions. Their lack of common sense has caused me to write their customer service department and call upper management on two occasions already, and I have only lived here since November. I don't understand what the issue is with this location, but it needs to be addressed.
