Walked in after a long flight looking forward to some lunch. Entering the front door, there was no one at the front desk. 2 wait staff members walked by and said nothing. When the phone rang, two girls scampered across the room to answer it as if there was a prize for the first person to answer. The other girl looked and me and said hello. I asked if I could sit in the bar area and she said "Sure, it's self-seating." I picked an empty space along the outside wall and patiently waited while the server was at the table next to me. I opened my phone to write an email and read a few while I waited....and waited...and waited... After waiting 15 min and receiving no service, I decided to leave. As I passed the hostess that spoke to me before, she said have a nice day, not even recognizing that I was the same person that had spoken to her just 15 minutes before. If you want good or fast service, avoid Jerome Bettis Grille 36. If you have time on your hands, go for it.
