This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area but in the last few months it's gone down hill fast.
First they raised their prices, which is fine, but quality took a dive. My Almond Chicken was 50% celery. Egg rolls are now mush rolls. And service has gotten bad as well. Sometimes it's little things like ordering one soup and getting home to find another. Or not getting the correct change back from your payment.
If there is a real J. Chen out there, do something and fix your place. You may not think customers notice the changes, but we do.
