  • Room very clean and spacious, convient to the Mall...Breakfast was great, and server (forgot her name) was exceptional...The reason why I gave it 2 stars, is the gal at the front desk, who should not be there. She has absolutly no customer service skills, was put out when I asked any questions..I am a Diamond member and by far she is the worst I have seen.
