  • Pamela is by far the most disrespectful, degrading, rude, short, and unclear medical "professional" I have come across. She was very mean and yelled at me. She refused to give me any useful assistance in giving me my own lab results- which is against HIPPA. I hope they fire Pamela because she hurts patients and has no sense of bed side manner. She left me crying.
