| - I was here not during a morning rush hour (about 10:45am), but it sure feels that way. Yes, it is a small Tim's outlet and seems to cater to the businesses in the building and the hotel next door (there is hardly a sign outside on the highway), so I assume it would be a less-busier location. The store and service was definitely lacking from the other Tim's and I was quickly disappointed and regretted coming here even though I was there just to get a coffee and morning pastry.
The lines were pretty long and slow despite having two cashiers/servers and plenty of staff. There was not much baked goods in display and many of the usual items were not available.
The cashier, Antonella, wasn't very courteous at all. No smile, no greeting, not very friendly and just wanted to take my order. Having seen the very small selection of pastries behind the display, I thought they may have more in the back. I asked for a coffee and a Cruller. Antonella didn't understand what a Cruller was I think, as I was talking very clearly and a Cruller is a Timmy's staple. I had to explain what it was to her and she got more frustrated and became more rude. She eventually said that they were all out and I had to settle for a rather mediocre muffin which I regretted, and in hindsight I should have left without ordering. I had to watch her get and prepare my coffee and muffin as I was worried that her grouchiness may affect my order and meal.
She was extremely slow in preparing my order, which is probably why this is such a slow and packed location despite having enough staff and not that much customers. I was also surprised to see her name tag says "Supervisor", well not really surprised as it explains it all.
This is a bad Tim's location, and I apologize to the American/out of town visitors going here and having not-so-good experiences, as it is not your typical Timmy's.
