rev:text	The service here is really lacking in every department. Where do I begin, ok, one time we were buying longan (smaller than lychee) and it was on sale, I should have known there would be a problem. As with any sale of lychee, you don't get to pick your own when it's on sale. The staff just bundle a bunch and give it to you. Sounds pretty straight forward. I expect that when I buy a bunch, I'm going to get some of the twigs the fruit are grown on, no problem. But here's the problem, so there is a huge line of people waiting to get a bundle of the longans. The person in front of my mom knew the worker and they were chatting. That person got a whole bag with barely any twigs, that's so nice. Behold, when it was my mom's turn the worker decided to shove all the twigs from the previous person into my mom's bag. When she protested that it wasn't fair that she has to bear the brunt of that other person's garbage, the girl snapped and said "listen, that's the way it is do you want it or not?". Earlier, a customer was trying to help the worker put some longans into the bag and the same worker took the bag she was filling and poured it all out because the customer was 'picking'. C'mon. When the customer brought it up to management they weren't good about it either. Basically, if you don't speak mandarin good luck. The meat section, oh boy. They always have these specials where you have to buy a minimum of 3lbs. One time my grandmother didn't know and bought 2lbs. When I went back and asked for 3lbs, he snapped at me, grabbed the bag muttered something and added 1lb. The person who said the cashier's make your smile, yeah whatever you say dude. I won't say all the cashiers, but most are surly. If you ask for another bag they glare and sometimes refuse you. Spend your money at T&T instead.
