| - The sale of my truck was easy, they didn't play games and I walked out feeling great about my deal. I bought a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. The truck is great and functions perfectly for the jobs I need it for. Included in my deal was service for 2 years, 24,000 miles. I thought it was awesome to not have to worry about oil changes etc. Every time I have gone to the service department, it's been pretty disappointing. The last service was the worst. Long story short, unknowingly, my truck has been leaking oil since my last service. The technician forgot to tighten my oil filter down completely. I didn't notice my truck leaking because I typically park in the street. I did a check of my fluids and saw that my oil was almost down 2 qts! I got under my truck, tightened the filter and now no more leaks. Every time I complete service, I get a survey. I always complete these surveys and tell them my displeasure of the poor service I have received on multiple occasions. Then I get a manager who responds to me in all capitals via e-mail, saying "SORRY, WE WILL DO BETTER NEXT TIME. It's like he's yelling at me for my displeasure of their service through e-mail. I dislike writing negative reviews. However, the service has never been good here and the oil filter situation was the icing on the cake.
