  • Stayed here for 7 nights for a conference. The reality is not as fancy as they show on their website. I booked a double standard room. It's was very small. No airport shuttle. The location is great though, 1 min to subway and tons of restaurants in walking distance. Fortunately my wifi was included but they didn't tell me when I checked in. They told me when I was going to buy the wifi. No fedex or business center where you can print stuff. One restaurant inside of the hotel. The service was horrible. I was standing there for 5 mins and nobody came to me. I just left. Cleaning lady did a good job to the room everyday. There is a small refrigerator which helped me to keep some milk and beverage inside. Towers are fine. 3-star is a reasonable rating to me considering the room rate is overpriced.
