  • Very kid friendly (as are most Red Robin's); and the food was tasty as usual. But this particular location raised the bar on quality customer service. Kudos to our server and management team for proactively addressing a couple of things that went wrong with our meal. We are out-of-towners to Madison; but we will let all our local friends know about our wonderful experience here. And when we come back this way, we'll pack up the kids and head to this Red Robin location!
