  • Karla at the Polar Express train ride made our family's 6 person experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond to fill our holidays with wonder and kindness. We are so grateful for all she did and will never forget our ride to the 'North Pole'! Note to first time riders: when the train gets full you some of the 'regular' seats are not great, and the 'north pole' is only on one side of the train. if this is a once and done experience for you and your family it is totally worth upgrading to 'first' or 'diamond' class seats. The experience is very different.
