  • Come on Auto Zone I'm pretty sure I was just lied to... stoped at one auto zone (40th and Thunderbird) and there was no one there (1.5 hours after their opening time) drove to bell and cave creek and was surprised to find the door locked after giving the door a few rattles a employee steps into view and indicates that they are not open 2 hours past their indicated opening time. I decided to phone in to find out what the deal was he told me that he was not open even though he answered as if he was. I asked if he was having staffing issues or if he was under holiday hours he said they were not open because of holiday hours... No signage was posted and a few minutes later a second auto zone employee speeds into the parking lot and runs to the door like he was super late. So he couldn't open because he was waiting on additional staff that's fine but don't lie to your customers its infuriating!!! I was able to get inside and received great service! It is Jan first if a store is going to practice holiday hours they should post those hours.
