EDIT: the buyer that's said is not me is my husband and NO he's not happy. The ORIGINAL lease agreement stated the home would be purchased at 135 and last minute we get told the SELLER had taken out a HELOC on the house and we would have to pay an extra 20k for it PLUS our "$300 a month lease credit towards the purchase" was COMPLETELY thrown out the window. They can say what they want barb didn't fight for us she fought for the seller we could have and SHOULD have sued for lost equity and breaking the lease agreement. Absolute garbage.
