  • Had the most horrible experience with them. My baby girl was born healthy earlier this month, but because of the carelessness of a nurse, she was sent to NICU for 5 days. Complained to their patient relations liaison and got a standardized reply, basically saying that they were doing nothing wrong. They also ``encouraged`` us to follow up the manager of the nursery if any further question, but never provided any contact information. Only gave it one star because zero wasn't an option.
