  • I lived here for one year and that was plenty. During my stay from Oct 2012-Oct 2013 they swiched management companies from Equity Residential to another one..don't have the name on my at the moment. Both management companies act like they care but don't really. During my lease I went out of town for a total of 5 weeks. During both instinces when I returned I received my utiliity bill had skyrocketed, when I talked to management and NWP they said the property receives a big bill for the whole complex it is then divided up and doesn't matter whether your in town or not...YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY!! I URGE EVERYONE GO TO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
