  • Seriously the worst company to rent from. 6 months ago, I would have raved about this company because myself and my friends didn't have any bad experiences which is so common renting in Pittsburgh. Soon enough, Steiner proved why they are just like the rest of them. All they care about is money. They have the worst cleaning crew, maintenance crew and landscaping crew. Don't even get me started on the office employees and their horrible uppity attitudes. Casey, the owner could care less about his tenants, once again, you are nothing but a dollar sign. They also overcharge TREMENDOUSLY. For the high prices people pay to live in their not-so-well kept properties.. the customer service and employees (including all crews) should be way better. I thought Steiner was one of the few decent rental companies in this city, but they are slumlords all the way. Save yourself the stress and rent elsewhere. *** There is a reason why all of the nice photos on here are from 4 years ago. The properties do NOT look like this! *They also chose photos from one of the few nice updated properties they manage. Most of their properties are in the ghetto, keep that in mind. * NOTICE THE COMMENT FROM THIS ZOLIN GUY WHO APPARENTLY WORKS FOR STEINER... He has no idea what he's talking about as I don't have a boyfriend and never did? I lived there with my GIRLFRIEND. I can provide rent receipts if needed, Zolin. But yes, perfect example of how this company addresses customer service issues. Such a joke! Spend your money elsewhere, these unprofessional rip offs don't deserve a penny.
