  • We stay or should I say stayed here often bc it is connected to the casino & middle of downtown Cleveland. Beautiful hotel. But when I let them know there was a "not quite dead Roach" They were polite. Also said they knew. And didn't offer any type of refund? I couldn't even shower, because I knew he was in there.
