This place is excellent in a pinch, and since I tend to go for a more boring haircut (myself being an accountant so nothing flamboyant) and the stylist I get - Elizabeth - more than suit my needs. They are better than First Choice, but they aren't the greatest.
What I do love about Salon Liberte is that they are usually open to the idea of late appointments, walk-ins, and they have a decent little seating area. They are also very close to home, which is a plus for me.
What does drive me nuts, and this isn't just Salon Liberte but most other salons I have gone to - I do not like having product (gel, mousse, hairspray) in my hair, as my hair is quite stubborn and will resist all attempts at styling. All I really need is a good foundation cut, which can handle having tempermental hair.
