This pizza needs a lot of improvement. The crust is a bit on the soggy side and the sauce is tasteless. In addition, turn your ovens up so the pepperoni gets cooked to a point of changing state (as in some pepperonis cupping/crusting). I really want this place to succeed as I do not like going to the chains but they need to step it up. Let's improve the sauce, put more of it on the pizza, cook the pizza at a higher temp and find a way so the crust is not soggy.
