Don't take your Ducati there. As much as they will tell you they have done the work before and have experience with Ducati's, the work was subpar and whoever worked on my bike didn't have a clue.
I had a full exhaust replaced on my monster and it backfired almost every time I down shifted at any speed. When I inquired about the issue dan referred to it as a decel pop. When I took it to a Ducati technician they found 3 air leaks on the install.
I also had woodcraft rearsets installed and gave them the new brake line for the parts. After getting my bike back the brake light did not work. I inquired about it with no response. I again had the ducati tech add the new brake line to correct the issue.
and lastly, upon installing some pig ears for my trickle charger I noticed a tank bolt missing. When I inquired about that he said that the dyno can knock off bolts... uh.. wouldn't you check that or notice that before giving me my bike back.
Weak all around
