Went there last week and am generally pleased with my experience.
The check-in process was a bit disorganized because it's in the back and it was fairly busy when I was there. I'm glad I read reviews before I went otherwise I wouldn't have known to go to the back to check in. The staff at the cafe part at the front seemed a bit rude and don't greet you when you come in.
I had a gel polish manicure and have had my nails done enough times I knew I had to book the right appointment when I booked online. Some other customers seemed to not know this and couldn't get their services because they booked a regular manicure but wanted gel. The nice hostess/concierge explained to them gel takes much longer and they could only give them a regular manicure. Just a reminder to everyone to make sure you book the right type of appointment for the service you want because this place is busy.
I was so pleased with the large selection of gel polish options and was pleased with how my manicure came out. I also thought they used very good quality buffer and nail file. Jacklyn did my services and was very friendly.
The ambiance is very relaxing, bright and open. The place seemed very clean which is the top thing I value in a nail salon.
They brought me a glass of water and I ordered a glass of wine. When you order drinks you have to pay at the cafe and not as part of your salon bill which I found a bit annoying but I get it's because of the unique arrangement between cafe and salon.
Was this the best quality gel manicure I've had? No, I would say I like the quality and how they shape my nails at Polish'd more, however, this place has really friendly service and I didn't feel rushed and was able to relax which is very important.
I will definitely go back.
Update: I went back again for a mani/pedi and it seems they sorted out their front desk concierge and all the people working behind the desk were attentive and friendly.
