After reading the other reviews for this location I have to 100% agree- this store's management is not good. The staff always seems to be in a bad mood. Last time I was there they only had 2 people working the registers with 10+ people walking around the store folding clothes. There were multiple times some one who looked like the manager would walk over to the registers but just hang out and not help the other employees. The line was only about 5 people deep and took well over 20 minutes. The only reason why I stayed was because I was exchanging a jacket.
When I got to the register I told the girl I wanted to exchange my jacket for a different one. She ended up returning my jacket then re-exchanging the jacket I wanted for the same one. Long story short (I don't know how she did it), she returned my one jacket and exchanged the other so I was essentially getting all my money back from the first jacket and the other jacket for free. I have no clue what she did, but being a good person I told her it was wrong. She told me she was right and I explained what she did to her. She rolled her eyes at me and voided the transaction. I shouldn't of said anything then I would of got a jacket for free.
I've worked in retail before so I understand the process and the frustration, but don't be disrespectful to your customers.
I will still shop at Express, but not at the South Park location. I'll buy online instead.
